Exchange and return of goods within the first 14 days after purchase

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product does not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for any other reason. can be used for its intended purpose.

An exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the payment document issued to the consumer along with the sold goods are preserved.

That is, only new goods that have not been used and, moreover, do not have signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, the software has not been modified, etc. can be exchanged or returned.

The list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return) on the grounds specified in this article is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

You have the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar one if the product does not satisfy you in shape, dimensions, color, size or for other reasons.

Procedure for returning and exchanging goods of good quality.
If the customer is not satisfied with the product of proper quality, he can issue an exchange of the product or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. In your request, you must indicate exactly what you want - a refund or an exchange of goods.

Procedure for exchanging goods of good quality: exchange of goods of good quality is carried out within 7 days from the client’s request, subject to the availability of a similar replacement product. In the absence of a similar product for replacement, the client has the right to purchase another existing product with a recalculation of the cost, to exchange the product for a similar one when the corresponding product first goes on sale, or to receive a refund. In case of exchange of goods of proper quality, delivery is carried out at the Buyer's expense.

In case of a refund for goods of proper quality, the cost of the goods is returned, excluding delivery, and the delivery of the goods from the Buyer to the Seller is paid by the Buyer.

For orders paid by cash on delivery or by credit card, refunds are made to the card within 3 business days from the date of confirmation of the return by our manager. The term for crediting funds depends on the bank that issued your card and can take 3-5 business days. Depositing and withdrawing funds according to the tariffs of your card.
